Before we make any gratuitous swipes at Canada we should remember that by the time Pearl Harbor came around they had already been in the war for two years.

What about Newfoundland? They weren't part of Canada then. Can we still take swipes at them?

Sorry, no Newfie swipes. As a British colony they were already in the war too. Greenland might be okay, though. Not sure where they stood.
